    Gamma,
How hard would it be for you to figure out the actual costs you've incurred per person? I know that UAN put out revised figures on what people owed after he found out exactly what customs and shipping were, so perhaps you can do the same? Then we can send you the difference between the original estimate we paid and your actual costs. I'm sure this thought has already occurred to you, but no way should you come up short after putting all of this work in.

One easier (but sloppier) solution is simply divide the number of bindings into the difference between what was spent and what was collected. The only problems with that are that some people have already sent more than the early estimated cost, some bindings cost less to ship and shipping multiple bindings to one buyer is less expensive.

To skip the added accounting headache we could revert to plan A: the so-called "beer" dollars, that would no longer be extra or beer but simply cover Gamma's expenditures on our behalf.

I guess we have three options then: the "beer" dollars, an exact figure or we do the easy math.

7206.75? Who the hell gave you a check with an extra 75 cents? lol...
Came home from work today, little brown slip on my door, they'd tried to deliver it, but couldn't... I have to wait 'til MONDAY! I'll go crazy, they're here, at my post office... but I can't do anything about it... DAMN YOU, USPS, for closing on sunday.

Got 'em, they're bee-autiful! The only thing that was missing were bolts for the brakes... but I can probably find some that will work... Thanks again, Gamma, for working this out... major props and karma and all that good stuff.

    Cheers!

Mine came today as well. Thanks for putting in all of the work on our behalf.
Gamma, does your final cost include your bindings? I don't think it does if I'm reading your earlier messages right. Please let us know, because it looks to me like you've cleared a whopping $2.75 after completely paying for your own bindings. Some (hopefully all?) of us tried to put in a little extra for beer money, but it looks like it got swallowed up in shipping and the exchange rate. We know that you didn't do this for the money, but the collective that benefited from your hard work should be able to do a little better by you. $2.75 won't even buy you a beer if you decide to spend a day in-bounds.

Sweet, got mine today too, they will be mounted tomorrow. Thanks a lot, this went really smooth. Except for my check getting lost. I was hoping you would get yours for close to free for putting it together. Look me up when you are in Utah.

guys, as it stands, I got my bindings gratis for arranging.. if there are customs fees, itll cut into the free-ness of the binders, I wont know for a little while what the story is on that.

    Thanx, dude!

    I agree with gamma...

call the post office (or better yet, visit them) and calmly ask where your parcel is?

A local deliver-firm (partner of GLS) claimed to have delivered my parcel and it was even received by some guy (could read his name from the tracking page). After some messing around I called the firm, and they had messed up the receipts... So it turned out that my parcel was still sitting in the warehouse.
