i need your help

hi i'm new here to the forum. im 16 years old i'm 6.2'' tall i'm 140 pounds
i have skied for 5 years, and last year i started to snowboard. i'm Intermediate, i can do a few box's and some small jumps. i can snowboard diamonds. i ski on the east coast so i dont need a fat powder board. i want to buy a board this season but i dont want to spend more than 450$- 500$ on board boot and binding. i need your help, finding a board and boots and bindings.

Buy a $500 board and cut it in half lengthwise and mount your old ski equipment on the two halves, and you'll have two +$500 skis.

In all seriousness, and yeah this should be in Tech Talk!, go to a local shop or www.evogear.com. If you go to evo, tell them what you're looking to do, where you intend to board, etc. They just set up a buddy of mine with a great board for a great price.
