Move into Our Oceanside House, Walk to Surf

Now that we're definitely moving to San Francisco, I thought I'd post a little PSA for our lovely landlady. The house we're leaving in O-side is less than a block away from the beach, has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an office, a single-car garage, washer/dryer hookups, and a paved back patio. The landlord (lady, really) lives in the front lot, and she's rad.

Holla if you'd like to check it out. I know they want to paint and remodel a few things when we move out, so it'd probably be available mid-December.

Ahhhhh Oceanside... where the trash meets the splash. well at least it keeps the rent down somewhat.

Ya, it's definitely lacking community. The house is cute, though. The block we live on is pretty cool, though--lots of single 20- and 30-somethings that work and surf. And there's definitely a bit of trash, but we're far enough south that it's bad.
