    And while I agree that most snowboarding flicks [that I have seen] are monotonous in their elements of hitting the SAME booter over and over and over and slightly changing the trick, I thought TGR did a much better job of portraying what snowboarding is/should be in my sanctimonious mind. They showed snowboarders actually riding lines, not just hitting a booter 87878739839 times. Ian MacIntosh's segment was pretty ridiculous, though. Good call trying to review the movie, AKPM, but try to include some objectivity next time.

    I fear it is too late for a significant majority of society... The use of "they" and "their" with a singular antecedent has become so widespread that I don't think it will ever phase out. I fear the same outcome for the "greengrocers' apostrophe", words like "skiiieiies" (exaggerated), and the "their vs. there" and "then vs. than" controversies.

    I wish either that everyone could be more grammatically and phonetically (is there an adverb to modify an adjective associated with spelling?) educated or that I could be less irked...

    I saw anomaly last night. Thought it absolutely rocked. The intro editing was hilarious and new...just making fun of the standard. Tate you are a funny man...same with the warren miller stuff.
    McIntosh's seg I could watch over and over again. One of the best segments in years.
    How bout the pow at JH with Shroder, and Kina, and Roner...epic!
    If you can't watch snowboarders shredding than you have none of my respect. Jeremy Jones is unreal.

    I caught the Harry'O's show in Park City the other night. I have to say it is my favorite TGR flick in a few years. The skiing was great and the music absolutely spot on rocked. It was soo much better than the gaytard spandex metallica sound that they have had in years past, (although Tangerine dream the music was ok) The whole party/rockstar skier spoilt brat attitude was toned down a bit too, which was good(does Micah Black actually ski anymore?). That is not to say that it was without fault. the no nonsense editing style was great until they jump back to Aspen and the step up table top gap jump like a gajillion times. That seemed really sloppy to me. That and the fact that they just kind of blended the Utah segments in with Targhee and Jackson and everything else as if no one would notice!! But hey, i don't really care! Good tunes and good skiing. 8/10

    When a guy gives his opinion on a movie and gets attacked for his spelling, it makes me think maybe he's onto something.

    (With the review not the spelling. AKPM's spelling is fucking atrocious.)

    If everyone had said "What about this killer seg?" or such, it would be one thing, but mostly people are just attacking...leading me to believe that he just might have hit the nail on the head.

    Add a snap of ye olde aurora borealis, and it's the "Review of the Year".

    You know how sometimes you read something very quickly, and you read words as being together that aren't really together, so it reads as something completely different?

    I had to go back to this post after skimming along quickly here, and reading about "Ron Jeremy's helmet cam" in Anomaly.
