Help Us Find a Place to Live (San Francisco)

We're going on our one-and-only housing scouting trip next weekend, and I'm a little nervous. One weekend doesn't seem like much time to check out places, find one, and seal the deal. We're moving up there the first weekend of Dec.
If anyone has a place for rent in or near Mill Valley, or knows of someone who does, holla! I think word of mouth will make things go way smoother than a Craigslist printout. We'll gladly reward helpful info with Mary Kay and/or beer!

Mill Valley...sorry. Two units (2 Bdr/1 Bath) are being renovated in my building in Pac Heights. Great location, no parking, pretty expensive.

Back in 92-93, I rented a three bedroom, with parking and yard, right on Miller Avenue in Mill Valley for $1100. mo. It seemed outrageous at the time. Good luck!
