I have skied the 80 and 100's and liked both. The prophet 80 was a decent all round ski that was way fun on the groomers. I spent 20 days or so on the 100's and really liked them. The beefiest Line ski ever produced.(ya ya not saying much) Doesn't handle hard pack very well but capable on the groomers and great everywhere else. The 90 shares the same construction so it shoud be a decent quiver of one with a resonable price tag to boot.
If you like burly racey feeling midfats there will be better choices.
Line isn't too popular around here so don't expect many responses.
Hope that helps.
just got the 90s in the store today, stiff as shit in the tail, and heavy. seem quite burly, but i wont get to ski them for another month
skiied some skogs a few years ago and the edges literally peeled out of the ski. I had 2 aluminum strings for edges sticking out after about 10 days of skiing. Few years later I demoed some moships for a day and delammed the tip in 1 day of skiing. Not that any of this has anything to do with the current prophets, but just thought i'd throw it out there.
Just reviving this thread!
