Streaming Video

Is there a way to put a little 640x480 video clip in a box inside a TR and have it playing over and over while you read?

Yes, host it on YouTube and then on the right hand menu...where it gives you multiple links...there is one for embedded....use that link in the TR, and it will stream in the TR when the viewer presses play....

As I suspected, that doesn't work. Most bbs software will not allow you to run html scripts. Makes sense for security. So unless you're posting your TR as a separate page that lives on a server that you have access to, you won't be embedding video any time soon.

Try it:

What needs to be done to make it work? Other than embedding a general "object"

I added a bbcode to make this work.

Format is: [youtube]video id[/youtube]

Example:

To embed the YouTube video with URL "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_gINbnnxls", include [youtube] b_gINbnnxls[/youtube]
