    ID'ing Posters.

How many of you, when reading through a thread identify the poster by their avatar? What i mean is when you're quickly scrolling a thread of course, rather then looking at the small print name just look at the dinky pic? I do and a few come immediately to mind and makes it easy and I then smile.

If you know your history, then you would know where you coming from, then you wouldn't have to ask me, who the heck do I think I am.

I recognize avatars, but I quickly adjust when an avatar is changed. And, many avatars I'm happy to see go.

    2 Dollars!

I usually go by name, but it still throws me for a loop when an avatar is changed.

I can't even read posts by people without avatars, and don't cope well when the image changes.

It really pisses me off when I meet someone, and they don't actually look like their avatar.

When I meet you, I at least expect a t-shirt with a speed limit sign on it

Ha. You and I may be the only avatardless people in this place. I just always figured you didn't have one because you were old and couldn't figure out the new fangled technology.

I don't have one either... but I"ve just never bothered to put one up. Maybe one of these days, now that Photobucket has an "avatar" option for resizing pics.

    ^^guilty of doing this.^^

some of you avatard-less people...sometimes you say something and I think of the perfect one for you.

Or, other times I have just been reading your blah blah for a long time and it suddenly dawns on me: hey, this guy should have a half-eaten sandwich for an avatard, or wow...this girl's profile is just crying out for a photo of margaret thatcher.

That ever happen to any of you?
