Time to finally contribute a bit

Hello. I used to post a bit on the old Powdermag site back when it first got rolling. I was actually present for the first ever Summit at Alta. I've been lurking a bit on and off here on TGR for the last few years. I still go skiing, so I figured it was time to take part a bit. Most of my photographs are still on slides, so my lady is the shooter in these pics, and I'm the guy in the snow. Shameless, I know.

    Bridger does not suck.

    Engelberg doesn't suck either.

    Actually, Engelberg is pretty good.

You should be punished for being a pussy lurker, but we'll let it slide because those photos are sweet! Good stoke.

    Negatively for two reasons:

    1. Not Female.

    2. Not Naked.

Let's be clear that only addressing the 2nd point would be much, much worse.
    It's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care.

Yes, let's be quite clear on that point. There should be a very severe penalty for posting naked pics of your brother/boyfriend.

What's the deal MT? I think that captures EM's personality pretty well. I don't have any pics of my sister on here, but EM's pretty feminine. No nudes though.

Just found this one. It makes me laugh. I got a little overzealous going into the takeoff and sailed over the tranny.

Around the middle of last March. Lucked out and had perfect conditions and pretty solid stability. I'll be going back.

Posting the other pics got me daydreaming about Engelberg. So, one more shot for my own nostalgia. This features BigDumbRedhead and BigDumbRedhead's girlfriend. We'd just skiied off the back of Titlis to the valley floor. Something like 6,300 vert of fun. Pow, glacial ice, avy death trap and debris. It was cool. The pic was taken by a kook from Denmark who had skiied the line accidentally and alone. He had no idea where he was or how to get back. He asked which direction led Engelberg and was getting ready to hump it back towards town when we explained to him that a shuttle bus would be there shortly. Incidentally, Micah Black cruised up and hopped on the same bus. We had the music from the Engelberg seg in Tangerine Dream stuck in our heads for the rest of the trip.

Nice pics, thanks for sharing the stoke.

Is it just me or does the terrain looks a bit sketchy here?

Just you I'm afraid. It was pretty much as perfect as small airs to flat landings get. Thoroughly enjoyable.

My bad, at first glance I thought you guys had triggered a slide, but I think I must be seeing things due to sleep deprivation!

The only sketchy thing is that he didn't use that GIANORMOUS rock as a kicker and pussed out by going around.

We must have really scared you at that first summit. Glad you're finally "back" for reals. Great photos!
