Vancouver mags who can help with mounting Naxos on hostage plate SDs?

I found a pair of Sugar Daddies for cheap on Craigslist here in Van and they are just what I was looking for to round out my quiver as my AT ski. But tehy have that fucking hostage plate on em. I read the recent thread on how tomount them without the plate but truthfully, I have zero experience mounting my own bindings, much less figuring out how to mount Naxos flat on those skis. SO if there is anybodyu in the Van or whis area who could help me out with this, I would gladly provide compensation in the form of beer and or whatever your preferred drink is...

I think the naxo's have a 3 hole pattern on the back?

measure and see if that middle of the 3 holes, will be past the beta rib (groove) in the middle of the ski.

if it is past, the mount should work, if the middle screw is in the beta rib, me thinks you are screwed...
