FUCKING ROCKS!

i've never before been a fan of their forks, but after today's experience with the answer warranty department my next fork will be a manipoo!

my buddy is EXTREMELY harsh on...well everything. he broke his zokes dirt jumper fork in a year of riding it, so he bought a gold label...rode it for 4 months and broke the arch in half.

that brings us to today, when my conversation with the warranty tech went something like "hey this is matt, i gotta broken fork. it broke jumping." "ok matt, i have a new set of lowers coming your way tomorrow morning, no questions."

and BAM!

I've had pretty much the same experience with them every time I've needed help over the years. Good peeps over there for sure.

Get used to talking to them. Nice guys, great warranty dept, very, very busy, but helpful. I got sick of the down time.

when a fork manufacturer replaces things for free, no questions asked, that is an admission of selling a crappy product. You should see the corner of my local shop where all the manipoo's are stacked waiting to go out for warranty. the funny thing is, none of the oweners are in hurry to get them back as they have already bought zokes or fox's.
