Any leftover mini-goers that want to hit PowMow on Tuesday, I'll be there. Normally lots of left overs to be had and the weather should be good. PM me for directions and meeting place/time in the AM.

Yar.
I'll be back at Snowbird again if anyone is headed up this way. Keep an eye out for me, black jacket, tan pants, black helmet, blonde hair, old school blue explosives. I'll probably be tailgunning patrol most of the day.
lumpy, where's the meet up place?
Todays PowMow report. Monday saw the aftermath of what one troller called "the busiest day of the year". Most of the lower mt. and Paradise had been shralped to shreds. However, the snow quality on the north facing slopes was still good. Nothing had set up....yet. It was getting a little heavier in the late afternoon. Still found untracked shots (and left a bunch behind) on some of the lower angle, out of the way spots. Powder Country on both sides was hammered way farther down the hill than I've ever seen. James Peak was socked in and I didn't venture up today. Lightening ridge was getting picked apart but still looked to have some good shots left, if the snow quality holds up.
If you have definate plans and fer sure freshies elsewhere...well, this isn't the PowMow A-game due to Sunday's imitation of the LCC hordes invading. But, I'll be there around 9:15...PowMow is the lazy man's hill and opens late.

cool. we'll most likely be there, but will call in the morning.
fine
Go Tuffy, you'll enjoy PowMow. Be sure and have your technique down for the cat drag up. I'd suggest either the poles through the loop then behind/between your legs; or, the poles through loop behind the back into the crook of your elbow. Either way, don't rely on the grabbing the loop the whole way up. Unless that is you have forearms of steel.
Oh yeah, and have plenty of patience while riding the Hidden Lake chair, heh.
Have fun,
BobMc
PS, bastards! I'll be working.
what about baldy? still fresh lines up there right? I'm itchin' to hit that cliff about halfway down. frizzo and tuffy, if ya'll are in, then i'm in.
looked to be good stuff left on baldy when we left this pm. Not as good as we had it the other day, but not bad.
Kev.... AH, Tuffy, frizzo are at my house around 8-8:30. Might even be able to talk GT into it since he's droppin off AH. Call me in the AM if you are showing.
