Guy I work with just offfered me his timeshare at the Cliff Club:

He has it for the week of Jan. 19-Jan. 26th and just found out he can't go. He told me to make him an offer (which I'm assuming can be something like 80 cents on the dollar) but I have no nothign about this place and have no idea how much a week would run. Place sleeps 6-8 comfortably, has a hot tub, kitchen etc and is mountainside.

Any ideas what this is worth?

sounds cool, but filling the other places with 5-7 hookers could get a bit costly for a whole week

Good thought, would be even better if I would have gotten off my ass and booked the camp before it sold out.....

If I can get it for a decent price I'll probably just take it and then figure out what to do with it after the fact...

Are you actually buying the time share, or just this week? If buying, I know people who have bought ski condos in colorado for literally pennies on the dollar.

If for the week only, I would say .80 on the dollar would be fair to a friend, if it is an unknown party, just an aquaintence, coworker etc, I'd lowball and see what happens.

Like i said it's for 7-days in January, however I'm just more interested in hearing what people have personally paid for a week at this place for a similar room. Anyone?
