No man. I don't have that kind of cash for the pros . My money is all tied up in trying to give free help to the skiing world on my Tremblant site and the 4 websites being developed for next season.

Selling the TM's to pay for a ticket outwest. The bats are no biggy. Once you win a National Championship ring they throw them at you practically. I won't sell them for money (bad karma on the batting avg). I will only trade them for other gear.

Softball hats no. Softball bats yes. Factory team loaded softball bats are just like Factory Pro skis. A factory pro bat costs $400USD min, to $800USD for PST's and other alloys. Wierd eh!

And Doctored bats cost up to $1000 after the work is done. Most of the high performance bats maybe last 15 games. But when you are sponsored by the manufacturer they are provided. Same thing along the line of pro freeskiers and world cup guys.

Some players in Pro Softball make over a mill a year. And that's without tourney or betting purses.

I won a free pitcher of beer last Wednesday night in our local bowling league shoot-out. I've got a $900 bowling ball that can only be used for 10 frames. Now that I think of it, the two sports are rather similar.....

Actually equipment wise you are correct. A ten frame bowling ball is equal to a factory team softball bat. Crazy isn't it.
