    Nice Pics Lexi.

Definitely a fun day. Super hero snow--I felt like I could do no wrong in the stuff.

But, people (just generally, not on the board) need to chill...especially after 10 or 11 am. I'm all for pushing it, but I saw 2 fights almost break out today. One was because someone was booting it out to the south and some guy skied up onto his ass. And one in the afternoon because some boarder was riding this guy's ass all the way up the bootpack and tried to pass him. Yeah the polite thing to do is to let the guy pass, but there seriously no reason to throw down over it. It's costing these guys 20 seconds and everything is already tracked out. Probably the same people who pass you when you are driving up the canyon in a line of 15 cars. I feel like Bridger has generally gotten really serious while I was gone from 04-10. I don't get it, it's skiing...it's supposed to be fun and not serious all the time. [/rant]

Today was ah-mazing. I've never seen this much snow at BB--I feel like I'm going to hit my head on the chair when I'm skiing down the top of PK. It was pretty much empty today too. Those that were hiking seemed to be split pretty evenly between Hidden, Bridger Gully, and the Nose. If you avoided those, you were almost guaranteed freshies. I felt like the snow was slightly less dense today too. Just awesome.

Baseweldr- you pics of NW direct inspired me to ski that line for the first time ever. Man that thing makes you feel small when you drop in... I've looked at the pencil(?) a bunch of times (it's in pretty clear view from the north side of the Ramp, right?), I'm terrible with line names around Bridger though. Really would like to ski it sometime.

So when are we kicking off this game of GNAR? Tomorrow or Saturday? 'Cause I just bought bacon, eggs, and a shit-load of Red Bulls for the lift-line.
Climb the mountains and get their good tidings.

yeah, below conehead. Everything above the arch went to rock, lots of groveling. Don't you get a higher gnar score the closer you come to tree? and Extra bonus if you actually land on and destroy it. ANyone check the fishing report? dump or corn out please.......

Today I saw a couple of disk sleds and snowlerblades, one girl even walked through the Deer Park Lodge with them. Any more GNAR sightings anyone?

Yup. Saw a guy, easily 6-ft tall, who didn't really look like a gaper but he was skiing on 130 cm skis. But it gets better, the skis had Fritschis on them. It wasn't like he was goofing off with his buddies either. He was skiing alone and he was there all day. Very confused.
We heard you in our twilight caves, one hundred fathom deep below, for notes of joy can pierce the waves, that drown each sound of war and woe.

I gave that guy friendly shit about his tiny skis once. He became pretty defensive, touting their abilities on the skin track.
What about going fast, skiing powder, or holding an edge, man? "Oh, they're as good as anything I've ever skied."

Aren't the skis called Soaring Eagles or something? The guy is serious about those things.
