I assume that by that you mean it "feels" similar in length? As or more turny? Interesting to me since I have the 180 exploders and am of similar height/weight as you but clearly of much less strength

he's saying that the shortest ski he could otherwise compare to is a 190 Ex

    Exactly.

As far as length, it really does remind me of a 190 Explosive. As far as the way it skis, closest thing I could compare it to is a 193 Big Daddy. Unfortunately those are also the shortest skis I have been on in a number of years unless you count my little race skis

Cool. It helps to put things into perspective for shmucks like me that don't get out on quite as many skis. Sounds like you're really looking forward to a 205 or something of that ilk.

Yes, I am..... Right now the two skis I really want to try are the Rockers and the 198 Xwing thingy. The rockers are wider and dont have any ramp in the tail. They also have more shape. So they sound really fun to try. The 198 Xwing thingys just sound like a killer everyday ski for Snowbird.

Edit: Before anybody says it, "Yes" the 198 DP 120 also sounds like lots of fun

I'm 150 and 5.10. and like soft skis, love the EHP, so easy to turn. explosives go thru anything EHp goes over.

nice call on the dynastar SL. I liked that ski too.

I think this is part of why they feel strange to me in stuff that is a bit set up. Definitely a different feel than what I am used to with Squads and 103s....
