    Thumbs up The Prestige

Just saw it. Anyone else have comments?

A little predictable at the end, but thats maybe just because the story was laid out so well. Good preformances all around along with a good story.
Ive read people say there's a twist ending, but its not the same type of twist as youd expect from other movies. I guess I say this because its not really a twist considering the movie content imo.

Anyway, definitely a one to go see. Definitely NOT Batman 2.

    8/10 from me

I saw it a couple weeks ago. Never once thought about it since (my standard for a great movie over a good movie), but, it held my attention all the way through - even if I did figure it out halfway through. Not a big twist, the opening line is "Watch closely" so, if you do, you're in on it.

It's more Batman than Memento, imo.

lax, you're thinking of The Illusionist, I think. The Prestige has been in theaters for about a day.

gf and I went to see The Prestige, only to discover when the movie got going that we were actually watching The Illusionist. Got a chuckle out of that. We didn't realize there were two magic movies out, and we thought we were seeing the Batman one. Either way, The Illusionist was pretty decent too.

Unfortunately the GF dragged me to this one. I didn't think it was very good but the end was sort of interesting.

Check out Borat. Its hilarious if your not too PC.
