Place to Crash in St. A

I'll be spending jan-feb in st. anton and I am looking for a place to stay. How can I go about finding a place to stay and how much can I expect to pay? I think I would rather stay at a cheaper place down valley than up in St. A itself. It seemed pretty spendy when I was there last year. I was thinking the town of Landeck looked good but maybe it is too far?

What's your policy on casual - and tasteful - fisting?

Landeck is a bit far if you dont have wheels. Dont know if there is still contruction in the canyon, has been for the past 2 years though. Have seen the canyon closed on high avie days as well. Try the towns of St Jakob and Pettenau.

Construction in the canyon was mostly complete by last spring.
