What??? Here... since there seems to be a "re" and "re-re" kick goin' around, let me RE-FIX it for everybody except you
(but this is the best I'll be able to do )

    BRING IT!!!!

(If every single day of the winter was a ridiculous storm day [in-bounds], I would not complain). Pow tomorrow inbounds? ??? If it dumps all night after they finish grooming, and they groom again... I really don't know what I'll do.

Don't count no an epic day tomorrow unless it snows a good 2' tonight. Was out near Jones Pass today and it still need some big accums to make it worthwhile. The snow is just too light and dry. Sinking right down to the bottom. Avy danger on the rise too. Lot's of wind loading up high. Mostly cross loading the gullies above treeline. Got some whomphing this afternoon and some cracking. Be careful.

Word. I figured it would still be spotty. Probably wont even get up too high, just kinda want to get out in some cold weather and make a turn or two and enjoy the snow.

Stick to the grassy slopes and open areas and you should be good to go. It was dumping big fat flakes as I left around 5PM. 3" in about 3 hours while I was there.

I called the Leadville ranger station for san isabel NF this morning and they said there were 2-3 feet on the peaks there. Combined with 6-12 inches tonight according to forecasts in twin lakes...?

    Iskibc,

I think I ran into you at JP parking lot last night...you were on your way out, and I was on my way in (camping). It was a bit spotty, but fun. Ended up at BP this morning, and again...it was spotty. Could not open it up yet. One more storm.

It was fun riding with you fortysix&2.

Sorry for the bad quality of this shot, but the light was just not so great at the time.

Small world for sure. Were you the splitboarder? Maybe we'll see you again over this way. Conditions were like night and day on the other side of the divide. Bottomless. Some areas up north got upwards of 3' of snow Friday>Saturday.
