I'm sure many of you remember Melanie offering us pro-forms on Hestra gloves last year, well, she took care of me. Great costumer service, she has called me twice because things are a little post-dated, but she went out of her way to hook me up. Thanks Melanie, can't wait for my gloves.

Some of us do know Melanie and she does go the extra mile for her customers. She has been wonderful to work with and there should be more people in the industry like her.

I have been very pleased with the quality of Hestra gloves and Melanie made that experience available to me. Mad respect from the likes of me.
