I don't know where to get one on the web but look at the pryme full face. I have one and love it plus it was only $70.

Is the chin on it far away from your face? I hate the ones that are super close....

Pollard, I'm not sure your helmet is going to protect your face very well.

I haven't looked lately but these sites typically have a few clearance full faces. Usually you can find the 661 Full Bravo (non-carbon) for around $100.
As I rained blows upon him, I realized there had to be another way.

Check out www.motocross.com and they will take you to the links. FYI alot of times you can order helmets, body armor, and goggles from a motocross mag for cheaper than what you would pay from a ski site.

I've got a 661 and it's bomber. Saved me from a monster concussion about twenty seconds after this picture was taken. I'm indebted now.

Nb - If you need a 661 Full Comp in XL black, jenson are selling them, for a ridiculous $45 at the moment. They've also got the Giro Mad Max II in medium and small sizes for a very reasonable $79.99.

I have a Vigor Vamoose II helmet that I use for mountain biking (could also be used for skiing too). The only a problem when I forget I have it on and spit a loogey. Good helmet tho.

Recognize this place? The white bulbous bit over my head should give it away.

... don't remember your words exactly, but they tried to imply something like

"Phunk you skinny lil wannabe rockstar; I've been wearing a full face Flint since you were in diapers"

.. thought I remebered reading that a few weeks back; true?

I've been a fan of this badboy:

Nothing says "badass" like a mask that keeps you from eating people.

I've got an XL and that fits me fine. I had to do a little mod with a craft knife on the polystyrene ridge under the visor as this felt a little defined but now it's parfait. I think my head measurement is 63cm. I had to give up on my Boeri Myto Air XXL because it was just that little bit too big and rode up at high speed, giving monster gaper gap. Despite having a visor, my 661 doesn't ride up at all. The buckling system isn't quite as slick as a snap lock to do up the chhinstrap and there's no helmet loop on the back but the goggs stay on it OK and it's sweet to be able to just take the helmet off with your goggles left in place and then just slide it back on again.

Not too hot when skiing but you will want it off on short hikes. The other thing to remember is that if you are clambering around with one on, your peripheral vision is blocked and you can't see your footing. You need to make a conscious effort to look down and be a bit more deliberate.

Fogging wasn't the issue I expected it to be either.

I'm thinking about the Mad Max, but does the Mad Max II have a goggle strap?

Another vote for 661. Cheap, quite well ventilated and you get it in jet black allso...

Have saved my noggin a few times while riding DH.
Other eextreeemly comfy and light helmet is TroyLee Design
    helmets. Carbonfibre shell.

But...you have to sell both of your kidneys and be a boywhore in Baltimore for a year to get the money for it.

The best full face helmet I've ever owned was the Bell Rhythm Pro (Same as the Bellistic). Under $50, fit perfectly, good ventilaton and very solid.

I took a header into a tree last summer, and came out w/ only a minor concusion. Given the force of the impact, I'm lucky not to be braindead. The helmet was destroyed, but did it's job w/ flying colors.

I now rock a 661 Full Comp. Very light, fits well, good ventilation and also under $50 (jensonusa still has 'em)...very similar design to the Bell. I would highly recommend either brand.
Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.
