    Question Tweaked my knee?

I was carrying some heavy shit up a steep flight of stairs and lost balance and tipped backwards for a split second. I felt my right knee tweak and sort of felt something stretck, but no "click" or "pop".

Now my knee has a pissing-me-off pain, not constant, but comes and goes depending on if I'm carrying heavy shit. I can still walk and move around without pain.

Did I fuck something up or is this just a minor tweak?

Is it an isolated pain......as in only on one side, front back etc? Hurts more internally?

You might have to snowboard this year.

Kind of on the sides of the knee. Less of a pain and more of a "weird-something-is-not-right" sensation- it feels like if I can get my knee to crack, like I crack my knuckles before I pound someone, then it would sort it out.

Sounds like there might be something in there swelling making it feel tight like it needs to be popped loose. 24 hours tells a lot. I've been dead solid convinced I've got a torn or broken something and wake up the next day just a little sore. In the meantime, here's something to look foreward to

Or perhaps the latest sensation that's sweeping the dork brigade nation

I agree with above that it could be a bit of inflamation making everything feel tight. Throw some ice to it and see if that really helps it function better and the time period helps give an indication too. Either way some ice is good.

careful to open it as it can always mean you loose your leg to amputation
my ma docs doc freind Mrs Luer said 10 % ofthe time a leg is open the bone get´s an infection and the bacteria hollow out the bone till amputation is neccessary her employee had 12 ops in one year
careful to xray - cancer etc. are risks
MRI is savest practise using superpowerful magentic fields
you need to contact doctors find the best maybe get some opinions 5 docs told me my acl was gone some said don´t even open it - they were right it was just hidden in one MRI if you surf etc maybe you had an injury before ??? bf i have various theories but you need a good doc to tell
