T-minus 45 minutes and I'm outta here, one more roadtrip before the seasonal closer. Packing up and heading south to ride this gnarly little ridge in WV.

The Ride: Gnarly North Fork Mtn

Beta: 65mile loop. Camp at Big Bend, cruise out the Smokehole Canyon w/ the rising sun, climb Rt 33, turn right on top of North Fork Mtn, 3hr spin. Roll the ridge for the next 5.5 hours w/ some scenic view snack stops then enjoy the gnarly sweet final downhill back into the Smokehole. Finish w/ a 2hr slumfest over a couple of hurtful rollers back to camp. Ridge was sick, plenty of techy WV rocky love and insane views. Leaves were psychadelic, my photo skills don't do justice......

Very nice! I desperately need to do some rides in the EP. I did a bunch of research in that area, and always wished I had my bike with me when I was there.
