Sweeeeeet...

Took out the 7' gun for the first time in awhile. Solid consistent and glassy in the morning. Low tide barrel action on the inside bars. Frequent bomb sets outside. Lasted about 3 hours before fatigue set in. No crowds. Hairy late drops got the juices flowing.

Paddle was a bitch if you timed it wrong. Eventually found a couple of good peaks that I alternated between and scored some insanely long walls left and right. Tide and wind start coming up and killing it around midday. Tomorrow morning should be fucking insane.

Now my arms are sore, eyes bloodshot, water dripping out my nose like a fire hydrant. Ahhhhh....just another day in the office

way to understand that sick days refer to the quality of day not the condition of your health
I'm having the same thing. The southern bays went off today. 7 hours and I'm up and out to kaiks.

Blacks this morning was fun as well but nothing as good as SuPu described. About shoulder-head high, hollow but the lips were light, and 55% were closing out. However, got a couple great head-high barrels and some nice speedy walls as well.

Plenty people though. After a couple weeks of flatness around her, any slight tremor on surfline sends all the moonies right to the beach. Can't wait for the time change.

...and so I jinxtified the fucking session today. cold onshore winds fucked over the tiny remnants of yesterday's 1-day groundswell. Not even worth looking at.

You mean your local surf cams don't have a habit of either growing legs and walking away, attracting lens-shattering projectiles, or being refocused on the sky?
