    i pod on snow question

    just wondered if you i pod kiddies can see the screen while your on snow?

    i use a sony network walkman mp3 player and while i love it i cant see the fucking screen when i'm skiing
    i went all the way to st anton and all i got was this lousy signature

    that's what i mean, i cant read the screen in the sun on mine... was wonderin if the backlit i pod screen is visable...

    My ipod doesn't work in powder, but it does work on hardpack. It also doesn't work above/below latitude 50, or between 10 and -10. Weird. It didn't work in Australia, but it did work in New Zealand. I guess oz sucks.

    Original Nano does alright in sun. Last year I used my Shuttle some...lightweight and you don't care as much what happens too it.

    The new Nanos have 40% brighter LCD's...I'm sure you wouldn't be disappointed with the visibility of them.
