I have an older Epson inkjet that you can have for the cost of shipping -- but you have to have a parallel port and I don't know if iMacs have that. If you can't use it, the offer is good for anyone else here. I might even have a spare black ink cartridge, which I'll throw in if I find it.
I have a Canon inkjet that runs on USB and will definitely work, new in the unopened box (came as a deal with my computer). $40.
