    Another busted ankle! plus a fib.

    Love this thread! Just expanded my horizons from Biglines on a fellow dirbag's reccomendation.

    Need some healing advice on a broken/disloated ankle and broken Fib. Shit hit the fan on July 3 and have been off of it since. Got the go ahead from the Doc (last week) to start working it out and have scheduled Physio and acupuncture 3 days a week for the next 3 months. Swelling is unreal!! Checked out the threads fromm 303's origanal post but was wondering if anyone has some new wonder advice. And more importanlty what a realistic timeline is until i can start hitting it hard again. Januray, Feb, March?.....August in the Andes?

    Calcium and growth hormons MSM ARGININ and others anything like Ginseng and TAIGA GINSENG and such stuff.Sexual stimulants also promote growth hormon excretion.To stop inflammation also Glycos could help ( POLYSUCCHARIDES ) mannatech or so.
    Def . try the stuff for joints I think it helps and you surely got joint involvement so try Glucosamine MSM and such stuff maybe green lipp mussel chalk powder can help ( ENJOY !!! ).

    main thing right now is to get the swelling down and gain some range of motion(ROM) back.

    Try some warm soaks/hot tub and then stretching after. Some active ROM while in the water. Circles, up/down/left/right/ alphabet motions with the ankle while soaking in the tub. Achillies stretches are also important right now.

    After that listen to who ever you are doing rehab with as for what types of strength stuff you should be doing.
