    Personal work goals for 2004

That is the topic of the piece of paper sitting on my desk. I've come up with two, I need three.

The two I have are these, become certified to teach additional classes by mid-march. (this I did not put, but the reason is really job security.) Also, use the program we teach to build my own trading account a certain % to a certain $ amount.

What is another one that will make me seem like I really love my job without kissing too much ass. (side note: I actually do like my job)

    I've got the same problem.

My number 1 goal is to find a better job. Guess that doesn't apply to you.

Do you get some sort of customer feedback ratings? How does your productivity/effectiveness get measured? Just brainstorming...

AG, I was thinking something along these lines. We do get feeback based on our instruction. Our productivity/effectiveness is based pretty much on that alone. The scale we're rated on is 1-5 in different categories, trying to figure that how to get that one on paper, any suggestions

Could do the first, can't do the second or third. You're just jealous anyway.

Same work goal here as every year: Not to do any.

    It doesn't agree with me.

ALWAYS list one of your goals as continuing the smoothness you already bring to the table. Contributing to a team effort, seeking constructive criticism from your peers and superiors, looking for ways to maximize your deliverables, blah blah blah. Whatever stroke Lumbergh needs.

Do use the words; realize, visualize, conceptualize, and finalize.

Do not use; generalize, overcapitalize or fraternize.

But tell lies if it gets you to a higher rung on the job ladder. Especially a higher tier with less responsibilities.
