    Good Lights?

Is the Nite Rider Blowtorch any good? I am looking to spend around $300 max.
    Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I've got one of those. I start carrying it around with me this time of year for after work rides.

It's freakin bright. Their claim is that the HID bulb is a purer white light but it can be a blue washout at times....like when riding on a trail where everything is covered with the same colored dust. I used to night ride a lot with old halogens and I like the quality of light better. But you get much brighter and longer battery life with the HIDs. I wouldn't NOT reccomend them but just be aware that they're not perfect.....almost too bright sometimes.

Check out Lights in Motion as well (might be lights and motion....don't remember). Another company who's lights are just as good.

Since then it's been a book you read in reverse, so you understand less as the pages turn.

I have one of these, Very bright for an LED Light. Got a few complements from other riders on how bright it was on our ride last night. Five hour burn time, and its under 200 bucks

Go with the Niterider Enduro HID, its 30 bucks cheaper and comes with a helmet mount. Same light as the Blowtorch, maybe a different battery. Friend bought a Blowtorch might have the LEDs on it, which is nice to have to do maintenance and talk to people without blinding them.

here is the enduro for 269
