driving down the road, 60 MPH limit and I was about the same, small shoulder, one lane eachway, gental turns and hills.

I'm southbound and the dumptruck is stopped on my left, He looks to his left, has room, and looks right and doesn't see me, so pulls out. Next thing I know both lanes are blocked with him, and I hit the brakes, might slow to 40 Mph? and think, shit this is not going to go well.

Overall, good light, no rain, dry pavement. Police report is he was wrong, I was not, He pulled in front of me. not my fault

I bounced off the back of the cab, motorbike went under the truck, (and then got re run over?) and the next thing I remember is a medic helping me and being backboarded. (see threads)

Very glad to read of your speedy recovery and excellent prognosis. I knew a guy who was killed when a semi changed lanes into him on a city street. Apparently someone wants you around to continue skiing great lines and giving the mags great deals. Here's to a full and complete recovery as swiftly as possible.

So, how much do kidneys and spleens weigh?
Could this have simply been a very complicated weight loss program?

J/K, great to hear you are the current miracle boy around here. Good luck, and Godspeed. Eh.

Damn son. I can't even imagine sitting upright, typing on the innernet and not just sitting around drooling with that list of goodies. Good to see you back on your feet so soon. It sounds odd to say but I'm glad it wasn't worse That inventory is gnarly.

Now back to business. How many pairs of explosivs do I get in exchange for a kidney?

yea a great deal of mtnlion's time is taken up just trying to shed all of the extra poundage. It's a struggle for sure.

Way to bounce! I hope the dump truck's insurance will give you your choice of replacement bikes (or not) and a recovery with no medical and travel bill worries.

Perhaps you could have one of these airbrushed where your fingernail should be, although I'm not sure insurance will cover that procedure.
