Snowwater Heli Sking has annouced the acquisition of Valhalla Powdercats. This new merger makes them the largest heli and cat operation of its kind in Canada. The company will continue to operate both businesses under their original business names. The merger offers guests a massive amount of terrain spread over three seperate mountain ranges in Powder Blessed Southern British Columbia, and a pool of talented staff to enhance the guest experience.

So… What else does this mean for you, the guest? Here is whats under way! Valhalla’s cats are currently being pimped with some killer sound systems to keep you amped up between epics. Much more terrain is being mapped and manacured to make the experience all that much better. There are also future plans to build a new lakeside lodge for the Valhalla area.

Snowwater will still be offering the intimate heli experience it is known for. In Micah Blacks words “One Heli, One Cat, One Lodge, One Love” Valhalla will continue to operate multiple cats offering a variety of packages and rates.
