Shops that will put dynafit inserts in boots

Somebody was mentioning a while back that they had dynafit inserts put into their alpine boots, and I know Lou has a thread on putting them into Denalis.

First off is it possible to get Life-Link or dynafit to sell you just the inserts? And are there any shops that will put them in non inserted boots?

I saw somewhere that you can order the inserts for about $70-80. As far as having a shop do them, going rates are around $45-60/hr., so this could get expensive. Probably a DIY home job during non-ski time.
