Should I think out my quiver? WWMD?

    Haha, title should say "thin"...

So my car is being a bitch and before winter I need to replace all 4 tires, the 02 sensor, both front struts and the front driver side brake caliper.

    Right now I've got:
Nordica Beast center mounted with 916s
Nordica Beast center mounted with Freerides
Nordica Beast drilled 1.5 back for 916s that are no longer on the skis
    Kingswood Stiff Mid-fats with 916s
    Head Monster IM103s with 916s

While I have a few complaints about the Beats - to much tip dive, don't feel like they float enough, not stiff enough, after skiing them for 3 years I've gotten used to them to the point where the shortcomings don't bother me that much anymore.

I got the Kingswoods and Monsters this year based on recommendations, and have not skied either ski. I'm a bit worried that for some reason these skis will not work well for me and I may break one pair of Beast(which happens a lot).

Should I sell the extra pair of Beast to help pay for car parts, or keep them around in case things do not work out with the new stix?

    WWMD?

    i hear ya...

    I hear ya.
I really liked my beasts'...but there comes a time (especially if you have 3 pairs) to move on.
I sold mine here and they went reasonably quick (3 hrs).

Advice to you: sell two pairs, buy a new pair of light and snappy 188 soft bros!

id say you should sell of the beasts.
you can either just save the money and help pay for your car, or maybe keep an eye out for a larger powder ski. Sanouk, fat bros, fat kw, iggy, cap, spat, arg, 193 ehp etc etc...

Beasts with freerides, kingswoods, and the head's make a great quiver. I'd sell two pairs of the beasts and all of your 916's...to me...for cheap.

I finally have a real quiver! A pair of fats (Big Daddies), midfats (PR's), and older traditional skis (AK Lawnchairs). First time for such a variety for me!

Sorry your car is broke. Sounds like my Subaru.

What length are the Beasts? I've been looking for some 177's.

Yes, but I spend about 6-8 weeks out west every winter and fat skis work really well in the spring slush around here.
