Ok...so I'm done 'borrowing' a buddy's board..(2 months in borrow mode..)..picked up an 8-10 Becker (Legacy) last night...needless to say i'm friggin' stoked about getting it wet tomorrow.
-Do I need to put a 'base' on the board 1st?
-And why does it seem the fin (9") is so damn big?

yeah, get base wax and do up the whole thing so you can walk the nose. then cover that with the regular wax.
i've got a 9" flexfin on my 6'10". a 9" on yours will be nice and stable. is it a singlefin?fine

tri-fin. Just seemed disproportionate to the fin on the 'Rhino-Chaser'(9') board I was using...that was maybe 5-6".
Also,..is 27th St, MB, considered El-Porto?..or Rosecrans and north?I have mastered all major sporting activities to a high degree of mediocrity.

Yes..we'll be up there after work on the 6th.....any ideas on what bar we should meet up at?.....
You guys go out yesterday?...I got battered hard in El Porto...coming in and going out...5-6' close-outs...not much fun /w my new 9-0...I have mastered all major sporting activities to a high degree of mediocrity.

went out saturday, had a blast. so happy that the consistency is back instead of waiting 10 minutes for waves.
