Asterisk Protective Gear??

I saw the spot in Powder about their Knee Armour and am confused as to what it realy is. Is it a brace or just armour or both? It looks bad-ass and could solve my bitch with my Don Joy brace that it doesn't really provide impact protection, jus stability.

So anyone familar with the product? Their website is still "under construction" so I look to the maggot collective...

Their first ad in Powder was the worst ever. I couldn't even tell what they were selling.

My buddy does motor cross and those things are standard. I think they are used there as much for impact protection than the brace so, yes, it would provide protection as well

seconded on worst ad ever. however, I was still intrigued. can you use them for telemarketing? My rectors stink.

Four thumbs up for asteriks. Used when I race moto, just as good and as comfortable as a custom brace, but half the price, with decent knee and upper shin impact protection as well.
