Sitting in the store downtown and quick break in the clouds showed some snow on top of Baldy. Heard some people talking about snow up in hyalite.
I hope more accumulates overnight, I might have to take a quick run up the bridgers before work tomorrow to touch the first of the season
I know its going to disappear, but I'm still stoked

still planning on hassling the huge cuts in hyalite reservoir tomorrow though. first day with fleece under the waders and hopefully ice in the guides.

My freind (non skier) gave me a very strange look today when I started screaming incoherantly while driving. He didn't realize I'd just seen the first snow of the year.
