I`m 6'0" 170# w/longish arms, and it seems to fit good. I can try on over a med wt fleece jckt to verify. I`ll also compare it with a Arcteryx Sirrus SL in a large and get back to you later.

Well, I tried it on and fits more like a large. Actually extends an inch longer in the sleeves and the torso than the Arcteryx shell, which is a large (go figure). Maybe slightly tighter in shoulders, but the stretch panels should off-set that. I tried each on over a Patagucci fleece top and plenty of room.
