hrmm.. it's not very hard to figure out. just reference a dummy img file in your post to a webserver you have control over and
see what IP address load the dummy img file. use the following command to grep the info out of the web server logs and run a
nslookup or host command on each IP address. it's pretty easy to look at his post times and compare with image requests to the
logs and figure out his IP address and his internet provider. then it would be a matter of submitting an abuse report to that ISP.
maybe i've already done this?

These kind of things are very unintersting to me except from a technical standpoint. The only one of the above IPs that is in AK is 216.67.22.27. At least according to this site . Latitude : 61.1692; Longitude : -149.8444; hostname: 216-67-22-27-cdsl-rb2.cwc.acsalaska.net. Of course these types of tools are sometimes wildly inaccurate for various reasons.
