I strongly disagree with you there, he was a professional who knew what he was doing at all times, you wouldn't say that about Doug Coombs. This was just a freak accident, Wiki says only 2-3 deaths by stingray have ever been recorded. As far as I'm concerned this is no different than him getting hit by a car or whatever.
