    Trade: p14 for FKS?

I wanted to put some P14s I just got on some Rossi GS skis, but I'm told that with the race plate, I need FKS (which is what was on them before). The P14s were used some but are still in pretty good shape.

PM or post with what it's gonna take for a trade for some good condition FKS 155s.

Max, I don't think there is going to be to many people that will be willing to give up there FKS bindings. I would recommend that you go to your local Rossignol dealer and ask if they have a stock riser plate that will accommodate your p14's.

    I'll trade you.

I have some older Rossignol bindings with the FKS style plate... I'll check exactly what it is later today, don't remember the precise model. The toe piece is slightly different than the current FKS, so we'll need to make sure your skis' plates have the same hole pattern as my toe pieces. The heel pieces should be identical though.

I don't think that will work, because the Geze toe piece on those has two back screws and one center screw up front. I doubt those rossi race plates (if they are newer) will take them.

You could always pair the P14 toe with a FKS heel.

Pending a response from another mag on those twin tips (thanks for the link, evil), I'll have my binders, and my P14s are in line to be bought.

I'll post when I know for sure.

I did the EXACT same thing. I bought a pair of 9S from a kid who swore my P14s would still work with the plate. They didnt.

Mags hooked me up, but it looks like there aint no mo'.

Why don't you just redrill the plate? I had a pair of Omeglass that had a predrilled plate for P14s, and I drilled them to mount my P15s
