    Utards :: Need Ortho

    I think an ortho. Anyhow...

    I've got a bone spur in my foot at the front, inside of my big toe's metatarsal. Had it looked at years ago and they suggested leaving it until it really became a problem.

    It's becoming a problem so I'd like to get it looked at again. Only I want to see the best.

    THE BEST, JERRY!

    I'm thinking of heading up to the U but figured I'd drop this here in case someone knows a frikkin' genius.

    So whatcha got?

    J-

    Rosenburg in Park City is by far the best knee/ortho in utah, hands down. He's operated on many world class athletes

    you probably do need an ortho and probably should go to one who specializes in feet. you could also consider a podiatrist, but make sure they come with some stellar recommendations (just like docs there are good ones and not so good ones).

    that is a tricky joint and if you decide to get it fixed, you want it done right. if you require an osteotomy (cut then realign the bone to prevent the spur from reforming) you will be laid up for a while.

    He's not the only one.
