You're screwed. Foggy is reportedly hunkered down in Fraser and semi-incommunicado. You might show up at the house and see if his renter will let you in (search the old thread to see if it might be a member?).

Or if you really need camping out in the pub for a couple of days will yield results. Might pm Hev, he's seen him most recently or if you are extremely desperate send me a pm I might be able to backchannel something.
