    New Dynafit boot ETA?

    Stats, price, when all that crap.......

    I got safety pins you cann poke into yer boots. Dynafit compatible. BAM! Then we can put some cotton swabs on your skis so theye can click in. epic.

    what are you talking about? is dynafit coming out with something different than the aero FR boot? or are you wondering about the scarpa spirits? re spirits they're scheduled to ship to US in october and i'm buying a pair. see pistehors.com for beta and telemark-pyrenees for ballpark pricing...

    Yes. I was talking to the folks at Mammoth Mountaineering this spring and they mentioned Dynafit was coming out with a new AT boot that is supposed to be stiffer than the Aero FR.

    The only advice I can offer is to call or email Mammoth Mountaineering and see what they know.

    Also, showing off my JONG skillz here, but I can't figure out how to make a link say “mammoth mountaineering” instead of showing the http stuff. What’s the magic?

    interesting. competitor for the megaride? i like my matrix boots, but certainly wouldn't mind something stiffer

    From what I understand it is going to replace the Denali TT and has similar weight/flex but now has Dynafit fittings.

    or you can call life-link (us distributors of dynafit).

    they're definitely still in summer mode, though.

    aero FR was pretty damn stiff and not in a progressive way. a strong skier shouldn't need much more in terms of stiffness from a boot...unless one is super-heavy, in which case DIN 10 is really not what you need in a binding.
