    Sacrificing Gotamas!!! Tonight!!!

That's right, wood cores are sure gonna burn good. We're doing all you Tahoe fools a favor and burning the shit out of some Gotamas. Last time Tom Wayes burned a brand new pair of skis about 5 years ago and Tahoe subsequently got pounded. Pics will most likely come later. Praise be to ULLR!!, tonight we sacrifice for you!!!!

    Whoa there...

My gaper-ific parents are headed out to Tahoe for a few days of skiing. Being from New Jersey, they've rarely seen this "powder" they've heard so much about. They'll about crap their pants in the amount of the white stuff sacrificing a pair of Gotamas is sure to bring.

Good luck with the Ullr-fest, and those bad boys are a worthy sacrifice, if ever there was one. Just do me a favor, if you see two middle aged gapers from New Jersey, with only their feet sticking out of a snow drift, dig them out and send them on their way to Northstar at Tahoe.

Why not just sacrifice the sidewalls? Then you'd be left with a perfectly good ski.

Sheesh, I hope I'm not too late... Save the Gotama's, ship 'em to some needy powder-hound, and just throw some old K2 5500s in the burner....the 10 day precip outlook for tahoe already looks good...

    Sounds good to me

    Burn baby burn.

A worthy sacrifice in my opinion, especially when all the Tahoe pow blows through here afterwards.

Excellent effort and way to do your part for the collective.

That's right Tahoe folks. Weather for today was forecasted for overcast only. As we rode Squaw today it started dumping. It was getting nasty up there. Ullr and Skadhi gladly accepted the Gotama sacrifice and they are delivering. Digi cam is still lost in the mess of last night. Will post pics as soon as camera is found.

    Thank you Alka!

You rock!! I'm thinking of "taking off" Wednesday and heading up there for my share of the powder!!! I really think you've revitalized the Tahoe drought.

You and your buds get an A+++++ in my book. YAY!!!

PS - Punani, wherever you are, you missed a REALLY good day at K-wood on Saturday.....hope it was worth it
