    WM has JP drop footage?

    Rerun?

Just looked at the trailer for the 'Off the Grid' and it looks like they have the Jamie Pierre drop footage - thought that was TGR's?

I hear WM hired Astropax to do a bit of the old 'over the shoulder' stuff.

JP owns the footage, and hired out film crews to film it for him. So he is marketing all of the footage.

See the Warren Miller trailer for this year's release. I'm 99% sure that's him dropping the huge cliff.

BTW, rumor is that JP hired Basom to be his stunt double for that record-breaking huck.

I didn't think Warren Miller skiied anymore, much less hucked. (except maybe on his pile of money with bars of bullion strapped to his feet)

As far as the first published print photo of the jump goes, Australian ski mag Powderhound has a two-page layout (vertical) of him right after take-off. It gives a great perspective of the MASSIVE nature of this jump.

wm buys all the cool shit -- PBP has been supplying them with jib segments in the past. No surprise that they buy the mind blowing shots from others. I want to see their footage from the vail us open. They had 4 or 5 super 16mm cameras spread out over the whole venue for 3 days.

The Wolverine Cirque seg. of Cold Fusion was almost exclusively pinched from The Flying Circus wasn't it?

If someone has a lead on a Flying Circus dvd, I'll buy hookers and blow for the house.

I was fortunate enough to take a run with him and his wife last season at the Yellowstone Club. They took us down a groomer. It was cool.
