You should post all your good shots from this past winter. That would be just super.

20th to 25th-ish is my target range. I move up the 19th and will be hanging with my dad the 20th. Gotta pick up some shit in Highlands Ranch the 21st (that's where my AT setup, boots, pants, etc. are) and I'm ready to rock after that. Acclimation, however, is a good thing...

So... hoping there will be more than one opportunity.

Hey Adam, Here's three pics to remind you of cold snow.

Nov. 17, 2005. Near record progress.

    Dec. 7, 2005 8AM -30 degrees F.
The first clear morning following a 1 week 80" cycle.

Later that day in the Beavers. Still effing cold.

    Aint Marys. Be careful.

All I want to add to this thread is that I am VERY happy to see you posting, Doogie. One of the coolest peeps and rippingest skiers of all time.

I think all those pics are Loveland ... correct?

I've skied there when it's cold as shit early season - barely any moisture in the snow, 1+ foot of fresh and 4 people on the entire top (weekday); that's when Loveland is at its best ...

Rule for front rangers, get there early, leave early (pre 3PM if possible unless it's a weekday of course).

I had some of my best days last year off of 4. Untracked all day.

Shit, even on the weekdays I leave before 3, just to be safe. You can only ski so long at Loveland anyway.

Damn, those pictures are making me itch to get on skis again, and I'm one of the rare people around here who actually enjoy summer.
    More gauze pads, please hurry!

Holy shit!... Holy shit!... Holy shit!
What happened to St Mary's? Where's all the snow?
Here's about what it looked like just 20 - 25 years ago this time of year.
