Ok I need some advice here. First off I am not of the suing kind. But my tremblant website was down for a day. Whenever anybody went to it a porno search engine came up. Just ask Corky
Now my server webcentre.ca suspended my account because of an error on their part. Just an invalid domain warning or site temporaily unavailable should have come up when they suspended it. Again do to their error. But porno websites came up instead under my www.tremblant-insider.com domain name.
Here is where it sucks. I recieved several emails from people chastizing me how my site went porno. I also lost two local restuarants sponsors today that were going to give us $500CAD each towards production of the "Normalcy" documentry Nils and I are producing. Part of the deal with their sponsorship was their banner link going on my Tremblant site. Well they saw that porno deal yesterday and dropped us like a hot potatoe. Do I have any recourse against webcentre.ca over this?
