The geek above ^^^^^^^ beat me to it.
But, Cyberduck does look like a good option, especially since it supports Secure FTP (SFTP) and it's open source.

Cyberduck.
Fast, very reliable and easy to use. Have used if for the last 3-4yrs withour glitches.
The floggings will continue until morale improves.
I'll add my name to the cyberduck crowd. Nice, easy and free.
I presume you're looking for an FTP client, not server?
Lately, I run the FireFTP extension in Firefox on both Mac and PC. Works like a charm, right down to remembering userid/pw combinations. Good shit.
I always use the command line ftp client but my GF likes Transmit and I have to admit it is nice to look at and easy to use.
ftp is also built into ALL modern web browsers. just replace http:// with ftp://
Every Mac user should go to www.panic.com to check out their award winning Mac software.
For FTP Transmit cannot be beat.
