awesome pics AC! Great riding with everyone for sure. The ones you didn't know: white helmet is motionboy, far right is Ryan a non-magg friend of his.

Altachic topping out on Puke Hill:

Wildflowers are going off right now:

Semi-artsy shadow pic at the armor-up point:

motionboy above desolation lake. I was hoping he'd rail this turn but he threw on the brakes instead and stopped...oh well. still kinda cool:

This section dropping into Mill Creek had such awesome Indian Paintbrushes in the sunset light I had to stop and snap a pic. Lisa with her ever-present shit-eating grin:

a few spine pics, I'm sure Steve and SkiingBear got better ones but for your enjoyment:

This was funny. At one point there were 3 riders coming down the spine - Steve L. rider's right, then motionboy, then skiguide. I grabbed my camera, quick

    Motionboy got hung up first.

    ...then skiguide:

...and finally, it was just Steve at the bottom.

mb on the last bit after cleaning it:

edited out pics of the spine as they're panoramas.

Sorry 'bout the delay...here they are.

Particle came by with some speed...I barely had time to get the camera set and he was already going by. I did catch a couple as he passed.

Then a little scenic shot looking out from the spine over Desolation Lake.

    Next up...skiguide.

Steve showing us how to ride the high line.

Motionboy setting up the same line...

    Lynx putting on a show.

Skiguide sequence on her second trip through.

    Motionboy making his own line.

Another of Steve. Lovin' the lighting...now if only I could keep the camera level...

And finally a little panaramic stoke. The haze in the air was just right to get that layered effect from the mountains. Kellie summed it up best...

Nice pics all. I especially like the ones of the flowy singletrack. Kind of makes me missing bike (though the gym is awesome).

Here's the information from my Polar:
    9.6 miles
    1060 ft vertical
The initial climb is brutal (hence it's called Puke Hill), and then there are 2 or 3 smaller climbs before you descend.

Thats a pretty neat tool Matt, but I think your altimeter might be off. The Crest tops out at about 9900'.

Yeah, I never did learn how to calibrate that thing...

The overall gain/loss should be about right though.
