    Uhhhhhhhh...no.

    Because you were talking about top tier athletes. When all other things become equal, training makes the difference.

    I will say one thing, the average boxer walking the street will destroy the average "black belt" out there. But that has more to do with the sorry state of martial arts today than the inherent superiority of boxing.
